Welcome to your COZY Livin holiday apartment! To ensure your stay – and that of the next guests – is as comfortable as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines.
Check-in from 4:00 PM (earlier by arrangement) · Check-out by 10:00 AM
Late check-out until 12:30 PM available for €25.00 – bookable at check-in or via the guest guide.
Our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or terrace – please use the ashtray provided.
Pets are not permitted, in order to guarantee a comfortable stay for guests with allergies.
No parties or loud music. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – consideration for neighbours is important to us.
Please let us know if you are expecting visitors. Overnight stays by additional persons are only permitted after prior arrangement.
Everything is available for your use – please treat the furnishings with care. Wash dishes after use. Waste separation is mandatory – instructions can be found in the guest guide.
Please let us know immediately – we will find a solution together. In the case of grossly negligent damage, we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred.
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition – dishes washed, rubbish disposed of, towels gathered. A professional final clean is included in the rental price. However, if the cleaning effort exceeds what is customary for the number of guests booked – for example due to excessive mess or failure to follow the house rules – an additional cleaning fee of €50.00 will be charged.
Easy access by code – all details in the guest guide. Please always lock the apartment door when leaving.
Front door key at check-out: For Hindenburg, Kiwi & Kiwi Penthouse, please leave the key inside the apartment. For the Arndt apartment, please return the key to the key box on the building.
In the event of a lost key, a lock replacement may be charged.
