We operate four holiday apartments in the Palatinate – all furnished to a high standard, digitally accessible and equipped with everything you need.

Check-in Process

The entire check-in is digital – you don't need to meet anyone and can arrive at any time.

Receive Booking Confirmation

After your booking you'll receive a confirmation by email – whether you booked directly, via Booking.com, Airbnb or another portal.

Online Check-in Form – 5 Days Before Arrival

5 days before your arrival you'll receive a link to our online check-in form. There you briefly enter your arrival time and any special requests. This step is required for your access to be activated.

Guest Folder After Successful Check-in

Once your online check-in is complete, you'll automatically receive the digital guest folder by email, via the booking portal and by WhatsApp. It contains your door code, WiFi password, parking info, appliance instructions, waste disposal, restaurant tips and everything else.

Arrival & Access

From 4:00 PM you can move straight in – no key handover needed. The entrance door key is in the key box on the building (code in the guest folder). The apartment door opens with a separate electronic code, also found in the guest folder.

Check-out

Leave the apartment by 10:00 AM and lock the apartment door – that's it. Late check-out until 12:30 PM available for €25.00 (at check-in or via the guest folder).

Entrance door key:
· Hindenburg, Kiwi & Kiwi Penthouse: Please leave the key in the apartment.
· Arndt: Please return the key to the key box on the building.

An early check-in may be possible – it depends on whether the apartment is ready in time and whether the previous guests haven't booked a late check-out. Please ask on the day of arrival or the day before briefly via WhatsApp or phone – we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
The late check-out until 12:30 PM costs €25.00 and can be booked directly at check-in or via the guest folder.

Kiwi & Kiwi Penthouse (Deidesheim, Schlossstraße 8)

Schlossstraße 8 is partly in a traffic-calmed zone. Public parking is available within walking distance.

No parking in the courtyard of the accommodation. The courtyard may briefly be used for loading and unloading, but must then be kept clear.

Exception: Those who book the EV charging station at check-in (fee applies) may park in the courtyard during charging.

Cleaning:

The end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Please leave the apartment in a tidy basic condition (dishes washed, rubbish disposed of, towels collected). In case of excessive dirt or violation of the house rules, an additional cleaning fee of €50.00 applies.

Cancellation

The following cancellation conditions apply (unless different terms have been agreed on the booking platform):

Cancellations must be made in writing (email is sufficient). We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Invoice for Your Stay

You need an invoice for your stay – no problem! Here's what to do:

  1. Let us know your need for an invoice at the latest at check-out – by email or WhatsApp is fine.
  2. Please provide your full name and (for a company invoice) the billing address and VAT ID.
  3. We'll send you the invoice within 5 business days to the email address we have on file.

Please make sure the email address provided during booking is correct. If you need a different billing address, just let us know.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, all apartments have fast WiFi. The password can be found in the digital guest folder, which you'll receive by email shortly before arrival. Hindenburg and Kiwi Penthouse also have an Ethernet connection for even more stable internet.
In the Hindenburg, Kiwi and Kiwi Penthouse, pets are allowed by arrangement. Pets are unfortunately not permitted in the Arndt apartment. Please indicate at booking that you're bringing a pet.
An early check-in may be possible – it depends on whether the apartment is ready after the previous guests and whether they booked a late check-out. Please ask on the day of arrival or the day before via WhatsApp or phone, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Late check-out until 12:30 PM costs €25.00 and can be booked at check-in or via the guest folder.
Please report damage immediately – we'll find a solution together. In cases of gross negligence or deliberate damage, we reserve the right to charge the costs. Please also report small defects so we can fix everything for the next guest.

Tip: In the online check-in form (5 days before arrival) you have the option to take out a stay insurance – very affordable, depending on the length of stay and number of guests from €2 to €6. This covers accidental damage during your stay and gives you peace of mind.
Waste separation is mandatory in the Palatinate. The guest folder contains a detailed explanation of where each type of waste goes (general waste, yellow bag, paper, glass). Please comply – thank you!
The Kiwi apartment has a washing machine and dryer. The Kiwi Penthouse, Hindenburg and Arndt apartments do not have a washing machine. Details can be found on the respective accommodation page.

No, the maximum number of guests must be adhered to. Overcrowding is not permitted. If you need space for more people, feel free to look at our Kiwi Penthouse for up to 6 (on request 8) guests.

Deidesheim is accessible via the ICE stations Mannheim or Karlsruhe – from there by Rhein-Haardt-Bahn or S-Bahn. Neustadt a.d.W. has its own train station with good connections. Timetable info: vrn.de · bahn.de. Holders of the Pfalzcard can use public transport in the Rhine-Neckar network for free.
