We are Marcus and Sarah Förster. What started as a passion for beautiful spaces and excellent hospitality has grown into a professional operation with multiple award-winning apartments. We carry out an inspection after every stay. In the event of damage we deal with it directly with the guest and the platform. Your property is covered through our booking partners – you don't have to worry about it.
We discuss the model individually after viewing the property. We work with either a fixed rent or revenue-share models – whichever makes the most sense for both parties.
Not necessarily. We look at the property together and discuss what may need to be added or adjusted. In many cases we take care of the furnishing at our own expense as an investment in the partnership.
We are happy to discuss this individually. With certain models, periods of personal use are possible – these are clearly set out in the contract.
We prefer long-term cooperations – generally at least 12 months, to give us time to properly set up and establish the property. The exact terms are set out contractually and fairly.
